Oh my I'm having some terrible times right now!!
As you know we were away for pool tournament in Vegas ,well it stormed bad here when we were away ,I saw all the stuff blown over ,but my youngest daughter ,fixed everthing that blew off front porch (everything)bench,big birdhouses,,etc.My oldest daughter said it took her tree out in front yard,it was there 20 years.Didn't think anymore about it !
well my husband went up to the attic ,because he heard birds & they were all through the attic.
You know I live in a old brick house from 1800's ,that we put every cent of my husbands retirement money in to fix up ,stupid of me but we did,anyhow while he was in the attic,he saw the wall was leaning in ,that was how the birds got in .He told me it still didn't sink in ,then on Tuesday he said you have to check this out,we went outside & I could have cried the whole side of house from upstairs bedroom to rook line is in about a foot & ready to fall!! I'am just sick ,called a contractor,he said it could fall & to call insurance co. right away,I did,that was Thursday & I called again Friday & I still haven't heard from them. Insurance agent said he would call over the week-end,because they had a lot of problems from the storm !!
The contractor came today ,said it would be $14,880 ,to fix the house .
Then to top it off,my dd/Vicki called at 6 am,Saturday & said my son whom is 42 years old was arrested for DUI ,again & this time he had 5 bags of marijuana & smoking pipe !! Now he will probably go to prison,because this is probably 4 or 5 times to be caught for DUI .
I'am just sick !!
I thought I taught him better .
Last month his daughter tried to commit suicide over a boy,she got caught shop lifting & driving without license,drugs,fighting in school & this is a girl that looks like a model .
On top of this my dd /Vicki,told me her dads wife,told everyone at work that her granddaughter was coming from Germany ,to see her,because she wants to meet her grandparents !! How dare she pretend to be me,The girl doesn't speak English,she will never know !! What the ----------,
it is my granddaughter whom I have never met she will be 20 this summer & her name is Sharon ,her mom named her after me,how dare they not tell her we are divorced.
not tell her the truth,well I'm totally sick now !!
This is my son's daughter,also .
So ,I tried to call her mom today in Germany & the number is from 1989 & I can't get through ,anyone have any ideas on how to find her ?
I have a terrible headache !!

Oh dear, just breathe and see if your daughter can get the number in Germany without much conflict?. Then take your frustration out on insurance since they haven't called yet! As for your son, you did teach him better but he chose his path now let him go down that path. So maybe the daughter will learn what will happen. Tough Love is hard to do!

It sounds like everything is coming down around you. Try to stay strong. You don't need to get sick yourself worrying about all this. I wish i could give you a big hug. I'll send some prayers up for you.

Oh, Sharon, I am SO very sorry to hear all of this. Just try to tackle ONE thing at a time. I know how difficult all of this is right now - you can't see the forest for the trees!
I will be thinking and praying for you. And also saying a prayer for your son.

I am so sorry to hear how rotten things are going for you right now. Boy it just seems like when one thing goes wrong, everything goes wrong at once!
